Taylor Fairbanks
Law Clerk
Taylor Fairbanks is a Law Clerk with Kohl and Cook Law Firm, LLC. She received her J.D. in 2024 from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Prior to law school, Taylor graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Taylor has gained diverse legal experience. During law school, she worked for the Legal Aid Society of Columbus, providing crucial assistance to clients navigating complex bankruptcy issues, and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, handling primarily employment and housing discrimination claims. She was also a law clerk for Reminger Co. LPA, focusing on insurance defense and employment law.
Taylor assisted in publishing the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law as the Chief Managing Editor and was a legal intern in the Civil Law Clinic where she handled various cases involving landlord-tenant and home construction issues.
