I contacted Kohl & Cook a few days ago looking for an attorney after not receiving a car title I had purchased from a private owner

I explained that my situation was a bit strange as I live abroad but have an address in Ohio, and I was unsure of how to proceed with my legal issue. He was very understanding and helpful, he explained everything simply and empathetically. He listed all of the options that I had on how we would proceed if he took my case, and was very transparent about the price of services he would be providing.

He also urged that I take a few days to think my options over, speak with my partner, and attempt to contact the Private Owner one last time to save me the time and money of court.

His paralegal, Liz was also incredibly helpful and sent over the forms I’d need to fill out within the next half hour, even going so far as to call me back after my email had been written down wrong.
